Send
After placing an order and completing a payment, we will ship this order within 1 to 3 working days.
We ship via Bpost. When the order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you cannot find it immediately, check whether it has not ended up in your spam. If you have not received a confirmation, please feel free to contact us.
In most cases, your package will be delivered within Belgium the next working day after shipment. A package may be delayed at Bpost. KAT is not responsible for this because we have no control over that.
When we send the package and register it with Bpost, you will receive a track & trace code by email so that you can track the status of the package.

Returns
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem!
Send an email to info@kat-statementpieces.be with your name and which item(s) you want to return.
You have 14 days to return it to the address below. This is entirely at your own expenses.

You can also choose to collect and return at the following address:

Refund conditions:
Refunds will only be made if the following conditions are met:
* The return will be registered and returned within 14 days of receipt.
* KAT has been informed of this via info@kat-statementpieces.be
* The labels are undamaged and are still attached on the items.
* The item was not purchased with a discount.
* Item is unworn and in original condition.
* Item has no make-up or other stains or perfume or other scents.
If the return cannot be accepted, it can always be returned at your own expense.
